Head West Provisions was an idea that started over a few beers in the garage and long discussions about the dream of moving west and building a homestead. HWP is a tribute to the true American Dream.

The HWP logo was designed to be simple but represent so much more. HWP follows a simple code that has been a staple of the Wild West for generations. The "Code of the West" or "Cowboy Code" is a set of values that guided the great American icons of the west, Cowboys. 

Code of the West:

• Take pride in your work. 
• Always finish what you start.
• Do what has to be done.
• Be tough but fair.
• When you make a promise, keep it. 
• Ride for the brand.

HWP is owned and operated by active duty service members. We will always stand and support those who serve our communities and our country. To life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

HWP is more than apparel, it’s about finding your American dream. We believe in small town American values, entrepreneurship, supporting local business, and supporting causes that are important to us.

For example when you buy a hat from HWP it employees a lot of people from creation of an idea to your doorstep.

• We design the hat in house in the heart of America.
• Your hat is processed, stitched, and shipped to us by our good friends in Wyoming (another small business). 
• We receive, process, market, sell, and package the hat. 
• It passes through multiple people in the shipping process before it gets to your doorstep. 

It might seem like just a hat to you but we take pride in the fact we get to support other small businesses and hard working Americans along the way to bring awesome gear to you... now that's riding for the brand.
